“ I want to give a big thank you to Josh at Chevy Chantilly for taking great care of me during my recent service visit for my 2023 Chevy Suburban. Josh was very kind, professional, and excellent with customer service. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciated his communication and attitude. From the moment they opened, it was clear how well he runs the department checking in with customers, supporting his team, and staying on top of everything. Even though seat covers were used, I believe the technician could be more careful about keeping hands clean when handling the vehicle.
