The Replacement Process
Our dealership makes the whole replacement process simple and stress-free. Schedule a service appointment online at a time that’s most convenient for you. We’re open Monday through Friday, and Saturday too, so you don’t have to worry about fitting it into your busy weekday schedule. When you bring your vehicle to our Service Center, our trained technicians will take a look at the battery terminal, remove the old battery and clean out any corrosion left in the area. We will then replace it with a genuine OEM part to ensure optimal performance and longevity. The next part of the process includes testing out the new battery to make sure that you’ll be ready to hit Route 458 on your next commute. You won’t have to worry about properly disposing the old battery, as we’ll take care of it for you!
Replacing the Battery Yourself
While we offer many benefits at our Service Center, we understand that some DIY enthusiasts are capable of taking on this task themselves. We would like to help by offering you the chance to purchase a new battery from our Parts Department. You can easily order genuine OEM parts from our website. Simply fill out the Order Parts form, where you’ll need to input your car’s VIN, year, make, and model. We’ll fulfill your request and let you know when to come by our dealership for pick-up. After that, you’re ready to install it yourself. However, let us know if you have any questions!

“ I want to give a big thank you to Josh at Chevy Chantilly for taking great care of me during my recent service visit for my 2023 Chevy Suburban. Josh was very kind, professional, and excellent with customer service. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciated his communication and attitude. I also want to recognize the service manager (I didn’t catch his name). From the moment they opened, it was clear how well he runs the department checking in with customers, supporting his team, and staying on top of everything. You could really see the leadership in action. Everyone in the service area was moving quickly and working hard to help customers.
